Material Processing

Slitting is a core competence at Dennen.  Since 1948, we have been transforming steel and stainless steel products to meet our customers exacting specifications.

  • 72″ octagon slitting line
  • 60,000 lb coil capacity
  • .010” to .149” gauge ranges
(gauge ranges may differ depending on material)
  • 72″ slit widths

  • ID reduction 24” → 20”
  • 30 ton crane capacity
  • Looping pit

Stamping

With over 70 years of metals experience, Dennen’s manufacturing team has a unique understanding of the design and manufacturing of complex metal stampings.  Our automatic presses range in tonnage from 275 to 600 tons, with bed sizes up to 144”, with the ability to handle coils up to 72” wide.

Our in-line roller leveling capabilities allow us to reduce or completely remove shape problems in the incoming steel coils.  Allowing us to meet some of the tightest flatness specs in the industry, which is ideally suited for processing Class A (exposed) blanks.

Our secondary press, a Masterfab 175 ton, is perfectly situated for offline staking, forming, and piercing operations.
